So cute, Noah pulled out the yoga mat and my 3lb dumbbells so he could do his exercises. He said, "Mom, don't look at me" and then proceeded to do squats. He has been trying to lift these weights for a long time so he was so proud that he was finally able to exercise like mom and dad!
